Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD
• Flat rate shipping of $6.99 CAD for orders under $75
United States
• Free shipping on orders over $75 USD
• Flat rate shipping of $6.99 USD for orders under $75

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days
United States
Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to weather, customs processing, or carrier disruptions. King & Butler is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. King & Butler is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jordan@kingandbutler.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
