Return Policy

At King & Butler, we want both you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused
• Be in the original packaging
• Be in the same condition that you received it

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

To request a return, please contact us at jordan@kingandbutler.com with your order number and reason for return.

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

• Opened pet food or treats
• Used grooming products
• Items marked as final sale

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly replace it.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
